** SOME OF MY FAVORITE RECIPES**

                                                     ****Onion Strings and Jalapeno's****

You need: 1 med Yellow onion(scliced in strips)                                                                         
                    4-5 Jalapeno pepper's (sliced)
                    10oz. Pepsi
                    2 TBS of oil
                    1 egg
                     2 C flour

Mix Pepsi,oil,and egg together then slowly add flour til thick then put onions and peppers in the batter and fry at 350 til golden brown (salt while hot)

Serves 3-4 Adults
                                                        ****Garlic and Butter potatoes****

You need: 2-3 med size potatos(cubed,small)
                   1-2 tsp minced garlic
                    garlic salt & pepper to taste
                    dash of orenano
                    itialin seasoning
                    garlic & herb seasoning
                    6-7 TBS of butter

heat butter in a pan (with a lid) on the stove on Medium heat add garlic and all other seasonings cover stirring occanisanly for about 30 minutes or til popatoes just start to mush up

ALWAYS KEEP ON MEDIUM HEAT

Serves 3-4 Adults
                                         ****Easy Homade Sothern Chicken Tenders****

You need: 1 pkg of boneless skinless chicken tenders
                    2 c flour
                    2 c milk
                    salt & pepper to taste
                    toney's

mix salt,pepper,toney's,and flour together then dip chicken in flour,milk,flour,milk then flour one last time and fry in a skillet on the stove at 350 or til golden brown for some crispy flaverful tenders

Server 3-4 Adults (depending on the how many tenders you buy)
